As a result of years of real-world experience, she has a deep understanding of the demands placed upon executive leadership to create a vision that connects people with business objectives in order to achieve growth and create a vibrant and sustainable culture.
Dorothy’s passion for connecting people and ideas with tangible results is reflected in her career spanning 20-years as a Fortune 100 corporate executive. She has been recognized for her many contributions to the growth and success of organizations and the teams she’s supported throughout her professional career. Her legacy is defined through the success of leaders who have been developed through her guidance.
Dorothy holds a variety of professional credentials specific to executive leadership development, organizational growth and employee engagement. A Tampa Bay resident since 1992, Dorothy is dedicated to actively supporting our transitioning military hero’s and local not-for profits community organizations through her service leadership.
