She specializes in the development of executive leadership and cultural integration strategies within growing middle-market companies.
Dorothy’s passion to develop successful organizations and teams is reflected in her experience as a corporate executive spanning more than 20 years with a variety of Fortune 100 firms. She has been recognized for her many contributions to the growth and success of organizations and the teams she’s supported throughout her professional career.
Dorothy holds a variety of related professional credentials and is a certified organizational trainer, executive leadership coach and professional speaker. A Tampa Bay resident since 1992, Dorothy is dedicated to actively supporting local community not-for profits organizations through her service leadership.
